How Our Service Works
When you call us, we will arrange to meet with you and get acquainted with your pets. During this initial visit we will get detailed information about their care and feeding, and pick up a key to your home or apartment. You will decide how often you want your sitter to visit each day you’re away and what services you want performed. Fees are based on the number and type of pets in your household, and the number of visits per day.

While you’re away, your pets will be fed, watered, and exercised; provided with their medicines, vitamins, and other special care; and get medical treatment in case of an emergency. Please call ahead to arrange for service. During holidays and summer months -- our busiest times -- it’s best to give at least 2 weeks notice. We will do our best to accommodate last minute scheduling.

Upon your return your sitter will return your key, and payment will be accepted while making sure you and your pets are satisfied.

Even if you are not leaving home, there may be instances where we can be of service. Unusual working hours or lengthy illnesses may make it difficult to properly care for your pet in a timely manner.

As a member of Pet Sitters International, we are bonded and insured.

For Angie’s Animal and Pet Sitting Service, all animals are required to have their vaccinations up-to-date, per Pennsylvania law. Dogs are also required to have a valid Pennsylvania dog license for their county.

Sometimes busy lifestyles and unexpected circumstances can interfere with our personal obligations, through no fault of our own. We have helped dozens of pet owners adjust to those shifting responsibilities, resulting in NO STRESS to them or their animals. Our loyal customers will attest to that.
